When are the arrival and departure times at the hotel?
The rooms and apartments in the hotel are available on the day of arrival after 15.00 and need to be vacated on departure day regularly until 11.00. Reception opening hours are from 7.00 to 23.00. In case of later arrival, please contact the hotel.
 

Do you accommodate late check-out?
Yes, based upon availability. For information regarding a later check-out time, contact the reception desk the evening before or morning of departure. Late check out is charged as follows:
30% of the room / apartment price until 15.00
50% of the room / apartment price from 15.00 to 19.00
100% of the room / apartment price after 19.00

How to reach the hotel from the airport?
The hotel offers transport service from the airport at an additional cost of 260 HRK (approx. € 35). It is necessary to book a transfer in advance.
Croatia Airlines buses are available from the airport to the main bus station in Split.
 

Is there a transport available to the local attractions?
The staff at the reception can help you arrange transport or a taxi to any of the local attractions. They can also provide information about the public transport / ferry timetable.
 

What are the parking fees in Split and the surrounding area?
The parking fee is € 0,80 per hour / car and € 20.00 per day / car. The closest public parking lot is 10 meters from the reception.
 

Does the hotel have free wireless internet access?
In all rooms, apartments and public areas of the hotel Wi-Fi is available and free of charge.

We accept the following cards: American Express, Diners, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa.
 

What is a “non refundable” rate?
The entire amount of the reservation made will be charged immediately after booking to the credit card. Reservations may thus not be changed or cancelled.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in outside areas.
 

Are there bathrobes in the hotel?
Bathrobes are available in every room and apartment. To purchase a bathrobe contact the reception. The price is € 80.00 per bathrobe.
 

Does the hotel have antiallergenic bedding, blankets and pillows?
All bedding, blankets and pillows in the hotel are antiallergenic.
 

Are there extra beds and cots available?
Cots are available on demand and they are free of charge. In some apartments and rooms the hotel provides an extra bed on demand at additional cost of 30% of the room / apartment price. It is possible to add only one extra bed in the room / apartment.
 

Does the hotel have a towel and linen change?
Bed linen and towels are changed every two days.
 

Is there a washing machine in every room / apartment?
Washing machines and detergent are available in all apartments and deluxe rooms. Standard and superior rooms do not have a washing machine.
